Start blog challenge!!!! :)

Hey everyone!
I hope you all have had a happy new year aswell as a kawaii one at that ;)
I've been abit bad and didn't do a blog post yesterday on the 1st january (gomensai!)
Which is why i'm going to post it today ;)

Challenge Post 1#

Now whilst i've not been posting i've been going out into london twice as much as I ususally would trying to find the cutest and loli places to visit shop and relax ;)
So brace youself for...............................

The Top 5 Kawaii shops!

1.) Japan Center

The Japan Center is the best place in London to buy those sweet and kawaii treats (POCKY!!!) aswell as the lifesaving magazines that they stock which allow us in the uk to experience a little harajuku!

My favorite magazines to get from the Japan Center is The Gothic and Lolita Bible, even though its in Japanese its still lovely to look at all the kawaii collections that have come out in Japan aswell as the make up tips and the loli guidelines ( if you try abit you can still understand them :D ),
but Kera is also a very good choice as it doesn't only contain lolita fashion but a variety of fashions including: Pop,Punk, Gothic aswell as rock and other fashion styles! (Hint- The Japan center recieves Kera on a monthly basis! )
( And then my favourite japanese treat: Stawberry Pocky! )

You can find the Japan center down Shaftesbury avenue:

The Japan only recently moved to Shaftesbury Avenue, so it isnt avalible on googlemaps yet but:
The closest tube: Picadilly circus
The closest bus stop: H-Trocadero
Bus lines:- 19 and 38

2.) Artbox

Artbox is the place to go in London if you need (or really want!) Cute and Kawaii stationary aswell as a small variety of toys, umbrellas, lunch boxes, cutlery and clothing! They have a whole variety of charchters ranging from Hello Kitty and Sanario to Pac man and Rilakuma! It's abit hidden in a place called The Thomas neals center in Covent garden but if you go into The Thomas Neals center you'll soon find it along with a couple of cute boutiques :)

I especially have weakness for the kawaii stickers that they have! :)

As I said before you can find this kawaii shop in The Thomas Neals Centre in Covent Garden:

Ignore the scaffolding on The Thomas Neals centre its gone now ;) Anyways
The nearest Tube to get to Artbox is: Covent Garden
So far I don' exactly know where theres a bus line near it but if I find it then I will update it for you lovelys ;)

3.) Oriental Delight

Oriental delight is a lovely little store in China town along Gerrard Street, you should be able to notice it easily because its windows are stacked high with loads to yummy treats and cookies!!! Its a relatively busy store but is well stocked and has decent prices for thr treats you're getting there and you won't find anything very expensive, if you go there Gerrard street in general has many cute bakeries along the way with amazing cupcakes! ;)

Oriental delight is along Gerrard street and is in China town which is near Piccadilly circus and the Japan Centre aswell as the Trocadero. I reccomend  going to Picadilly tube station again as its much easier to find :)

4.) Hyper Japan Stall

The Hyper Japan Stall is one of the newest cute stores in London! Its based in Camden near Sai Sai ;)
The aim of this stall is to try and start to bring more japanese culture into the UK, it was set up by the Hyper Japan organisation who hold the event Hyper Japan every year, even though its not been one of the best events for Lolis to go to due to the lack of communtcation between the community and the event, The shop has a kawaii element to it! So brace yourselves lovers of kyary pamyu pamyu because if you cant get hold of fan merch and her cd albums... This is the place to go for you!!! It has Kyary pamyu pamyu merchandise aswell as her cd's but also products from the lovely store Tofu cute! Aswell as the kawaii element it also has a traditional japanese aspect to it! It is a quite small shop has has a small variety of products but as stated above the products that they do sell are very good :)

This a very cute store and is worth visiting!!! ;)

5.) Sai Sai

Oh yes loli's this is the store that has drawn quite abit of conroversy from UK Lolitas who have either tried to find it and failed or those who have found it and have ran a mile....
When I first tried to find it I spent 2 hours walking around Camden trying to find it. Untill my lovely friend Mia showed me where i could find it and I was saved! At first Sai Sai looks like the kind of place that only stocks gothic items just like the rest of most camden stores but it isn't all gothic. Whe you walk into the store it has the lower ground floor which as gothic and steampunk items, It also has many accessories for lolis, like socks and mainly bags aswell as many accesssories. As you go upstairs you can find some gothic items but it's filled with many lolita dresses, skirts, socks, blouses, shoes, etc but it also contains a sale area with either damaged or reduced clothes to make more way for new stock. The quality of the gothic and steampunk clothes is good but when it comes to lolita they do have good shoes and socks, (The shoes are mainly from antaina) but when it comes to the dresses, blouses and skirts you must be picky and try stuff on. They get most of their lolita clothes from a brand called Redqueen Black legion. Their clothes are OK or the begginer lolita who needs a blouse, petticoat or a skirt but the dresses must be carefully choosen! Other than that they also on occasions stock replicas of certain dresses which are genrally good. So my advice is that for basics and certain dresses Sai Sai is a good place to go as a store. But remember thats only my opinion ;) I might have missed something that you may discover about so Sai Sai so as I say go and find it then tell me wht you think ;)

Its and interesting store and is worthwhile just having a look ;)
If use this map then it should be easy to find ;)
To find out more about Sai Sai here's the website ;) :

Thats me for today!
Thnx for being so patient and I hope to hear from you lovelies too ;) If you have any quetions comment below I don't bite ;)
